The Geelong RSL Club is one of the leading function centres in Geelong. Dining, fun and games, veterans’ services, concerts, shows and even sports – we provide it all, including a children’s games room.

Looking for a venue for a special occasion? When it comes to Geelong function venue hire there’s no need to look further than the RSL club. Our function centre has rooms that are ideal for weddings, engagements, birthdays, wakes, conferences, meetings and product launches, to name but a few. Complete with kitchen and fully serviced bar and looking out over our bowling club’s beautiful greens, our function centre guarantees the wow factor you seek.
Just like our veterans who serve for all Australians, the RSL is a club for all Australians. Anybody and everybody can enjoy the Geelong RSL Club’s facilities, even non-members. If you choose to be a member the maximum you’ll pay for Geelong RSL membership is $10 for a service member or an affiliate (one of your direct relatives served) member, Social membership is just $10. Service, Affiliate and Social members have the option of joining for 3 years for only $25!
Members go into the weekly President Draw which start at $1500 and jackpots every week until won, all you need to do is be at the club at the time of the draw to win! Weekly raffles also take place on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights.
As an added bonus, membership of the Geelong RSL provides reciprocal rights to any RSL in Victoria. RSL membership also provides access to the popular RSL Rewards program, where reward points accumulate on any purchases at any Victorian RSL. The points can be redeemed for food and beverages at any participating Victorian RSL, participants also receive entry into state wide promotions.
An array of entertainment options and events keep RSL members and guests entertained throughout the year, including our ongoing RSL club promotions. Geelong RSL also has its own sporting groups, with a bowling club and golf club providing recreational opportunities
The RSL formed in Australia in 1916 to provide support for Australian Defence Force members and former members and their families, and Geelong RSL continues that tradition of support. Our veterans’ services resources include volunteering and welfare, a range of veterans’ contacts and links to veteran-related organisations, including RSL Active.
