Planning a big event can be a nightmare – between choosing a venue and organising catering, music and seating arrangements – it can feel like your head is spinning. At Geelong RSL, we want to make sure you can enjoy the big day when it comes. Our Geelong function venue hire packages take the hassle and stress out of your next event.
Our experienced, attentive and friendly staff know what you need to host an event that runs smoothly – whether a birthday party, engagement, wedding, conference, wake or other function.
No one will want to leave the party – and they won’t have to! Our function venue hire is available until 1am Friday and Saturday and 11:30pm Sunday to Thursday. We also provide disability access and free venue car parking.
Stunning and versatile function venue? Check.
Our fully private main function room is perfect for everything from casual birthdays to formal corporate conferences and cocktail-style weddings, with gorgeous views over the bowling greens.
Catering packages? Check.
Choose from our a la carte, set menu or hot and cold finger food packages. Enjoy a private bar with several drinks package and bar tab options available. Tea and coffee facilities are also included in the function venue hire cost.
Entertainment? Check.
Keep your guests entertained with our huge range of AV facilities, including a projector, microphone and LCD smart TV with HDMI and DVD player.
Our dance floor will have guests up and dancing the night away. Geelong RSL can also organise a free DJ on your behalf, or you are welcome to supply your own music.
Seating arrangements? Check.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to host your event, so there is no minimum number of guests required to book our function venue. We can comfortably provide seating for up to 110 guests, or standing room for up to 150 people.
