Anzac Day 2026
Geelong RSL has planned a meaningful day of commemorative services and community events for Anzac Day on Saturday, 25th April 2026.
Anzac Day remains one of the most important dates on the Australian and New Zealand calendar—a time to pause and reflect on the courage, resilience, and sacrifice of those who have served, and those who continue to serve, in our armed forces. It is also a moment to honour those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and to recognise the lasting impact of war on families, communities, and generations.
While deeply rooted in history, Anzac Day is also about the present and future. It encourages us to carry forward the values of the Anzac spirit courage, mateship, and selflessness while striving for peace, understanding, and unity in today’s world.
We invite the community to come together in remembrance, to show gratitude, and to commemorate the service and sacrifice of Australian and New Zealand servicemen and women across all conflicts and peacekeeping missions.
